Everything was excellent at this place, I really enjoyed it and found it conveniently located near the bus stop and Haymarket station, just a short distance from the city center and all tourist attractions with easy access to public transport.

The apartment's location was excellent, with easy access to tram stations and transportation options to various attractions. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was well-equipped with toiletries and other essentials. the apartment was nicely decorated and finished to a high standard.

The entrance and stairs of the apartment block were shabby and uninviting, with inadequate lighting in the evening. Some fixtures within the apartment were broken, such as the curtain rail and cutlery drawer.

Gill, the host, was extremely welcoming and attentive, texting us to make sure everything was okay. the provision of bottles of water and milk in the fridge was a nice touch. the beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean and fresh. the location was convenient for both rugby matches and the nearby tram stop.

Depending on arrival, parking could be limited, but this is not a fault of the apartment itself. the entrance hall to the apartment could use some updating, though it didn't affect our overall experience.
